PILGRAM TOM CHAPTER 3

Lying Love.  Infidelity; the wound that never heals.

While it is as popular to practice - - it is downright intentional betrayal.

It can only harm those who have given their whole heart to another. Those who hold back a part of themselves because of fear of being betrayed will only see it as adultery and oft times plan to balance the books. There are as many excuses for infidelity as there are breaths of air for the offender.

There is nothing more humiliating than loving someone so much that you forgive the infidelities. Jerry Hall

There are many who think themselves wise that try to veil infidelity in humorous quotes, but it does not mitigate the damage that is done.

The nearest thing to what occurs when an act of infidelity transpires is death. Something dies within. It is more than a breach of promise it is a wound that renders a part of a person unable to recover.

Tom saw this happen to several families that were close to him. These were tragedies that unfolded before his own eyes and affected him, for no one can be a true friend and not feel the pain suffered from duplicity.
In this world today myriads of offenders would vehemently disagree with Tom’s opinion concerning infidelity in marriage, but in doing so they thumb their nose at GOD.

According to the scriptures marriage is a contract and is spelled out clearly exactly what it entails.  When one or more violations occur then expect all issues to be compounded.

In the same manner as “No man can serve two masters “No man or woman can service two lovers without an offence happening.

This offence is leveled at GOD, the wife or husband, and the entire family including the children, in-laws and parents.

Romans 14:8 for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord's.

Whether it is adultery or fornication, either one will hamstring the soul and diminish one’s spirit.

Tom says, "Do not accommodate Lying Love in your marriage for it is an abomination unto GOD."
