Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, Rejoice! Philippians 4:4 |
Everyone gets a little blue once in awhile; if you didn't you wouldn't be normal.
Of course there are a few liars who would deny this, but we forgive them cause we know better.
Since we all have these times, the key to success in life is to get by and get over the troubling cause.
Of course you can take the other tact and learn to enjoy being miserable but who needs that?
Our subject matter is to sing your blues away.
Lets deal with a couple objections right off and get them out of the way.

Number 2 is "I don't think it will help." Let me assure you "It will help." It may not cure what ails you but in the time of "dread" every little bit of help is welcome.
You need to ask yourself why should I remain this unhappy? Is my being unhappy attitude making things better? The answer to that is obvious; Nooooo.
Number 3 is "I don't know what to sing." The way to handle this is plan ahead. Get you a repertoire (definition--. A list or supply of dramas, operas, pieces, or parts that a company or person is prepared to perform) of songs that lift you up and have them ready for a time of need.

Sometimes words are hard to come by when we suffer loss of a love one or our goods, but there is something you can start with and that is to HUM.
Humming is something, that will help you get started and will assist you to calm yourself down.
Then go to Jude 1:20 But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit.
Listen to the sweet music on the sites below on Youtube and they should cheer you up!
