MINISTRY IS GETTING EASIER

There was a time when if you wanted to preach to the heathen you had to go to a foreign country but today they have made it easier for they have come to America.

They occupy every street, employed in every occupation and are active in the legal profession i.e. ACLU, the anti-Christ-litigating- usurpers of Christian rights. The hatred of Jesus Christ drives them so hard that their goal is to wipe his name from the earth.

Such self-deception can only come from the one who deceived Adam and Eve, and drives them to distraction until they have victory over Christ’s presence whether on buildings or any public place.

King David writes in Psalms 2:1 Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing?

David looked around himself and saw the conditions of the nations, their false gods and the heathenism that they were driven by.

In a similar situation the apostles uttered the words of David;

Act 4:24-26 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is: Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things? The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.

The church was in its infancy and being persecuted by the heathen as well as the Jews.

Today the church is again under attack and we can say why do the heathen rage against Christ? It is the same demonic force that David had to deal with and the early Christians were persecuted by.

We need to review what the early church did in Acts;

Act 4:29-31 And now, Lord, behold their threatening: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

The church of today needs to learn from what the early church did.

They prayed, they were filled with the Holy Ghost and they proclaimed the word of GOD with boldness.

Never before have the gifts of the Spirit been needed to be made manifest to a generation.
