GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS

image courtesy photobucket.com

The good news there is plenty of room in Heaven for everyone who wishes to be saved.

Not only is there lots of room but the New Jerusalem will have deluxe accommodations in every area.

No need for air conditioning or heat the temperature will be just right for all who dwell within. The transportation system will be simple, just think it and you are there.

You will be related to everyone and all will be friends. There will be no need for gossip and some of our other pleasurable past times. The worship services will be out of this world and singing will be the song of the redeemed.

Thinking about Heaven can get me a little carried away but

2 Corinthians 4:17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.

Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

In things pertaining to GOD, "if it sounds too good to be true, it will be true and even better".

Alas and alack there is some bad news and that is - - for some reason some people aren't interested in Heaven and in order to accommodate their wishes GOD has had to expand their future dwelling place;

Isaiah 5:14 Therefore Sheol has enlarged its throat and opened its mouth without measure; And (the ole) Jerusalem's splendor, her multitude, her din of revelry and the jubilant within her, descend into it.

Now there will be plenty of room in hell, for all who reject the opportunity to live in Heaven.  I don't quite understand whey anyone would want to go there!

The old song "when we all get to Heaven" fits my thinking and makes my moving on to the next phase of my existence what some would say; A-OK.
